I recently purchased a pair of beautiful diamond hoop earrings for my wife’s birthday.
I made an appointment with Moishy and I was able to examine the raw hoops and diamonds before they were made. He was extremely courteous and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process from start to finish. When my hoops arrived they were more beautiful than I could have imagined and my wife loves them. She received many complements after wearing them for less than a day. Their customer service and pricing is excellent, which is why this is my third time going back to MDC Diamonds.

I purchased a 3 stone emerald cut diamond ring with princess stones down either side of the band for my now fiance'. The craftmanship was excellent and they even added an extra princess diamond on either side at no extra cost. I received the ring within 2 weeks of ordering it. Thanks Moishy for all your help!!! My fiancé had purchased my engagement ring in march 09. The first time I saw my ring I fell in love with it. I still receive compliments every day on it on how unique it is. Moishy and Rosa are two of the most helpful people ever! The idea of purchasing an engagement ring was sort of frightening to me but I feel like Moishy was there to basically hold my hand through the entire process. Whenever I'd call and Moishy was out of the office, Rosa would help me and it was as if Rosa already knew every little detail about what was going on with my order. These two are totally TOP NOTCH when it comes to customer service. No joke.
I ordered a pave and channel set ring along with a nice center stone. Moishy called me immediately and explained that the diamond I had chosen was out of stock. I asked him if he could recommend the next best thing in my price range and he actually found me a much better diamond and discounted it to the same price. He also discounted my setting. "Other" (Blue Nile) online jewelers simply won't do that, trust me, I called and asked... the simply said "No". Moishy worked with me and got me the ring I've wanted to give to my fiancee for a long time now without me having to break the bank. I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY and had an awesome experience by going with MDC Diamonds!
When I got the ring I just knew I made the right choice with MDC.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from MDC Diamonds and I love it!! I was so impressed that my fiance bought such a beautiful ring without any of my guidance. He was able to pick the setting and pick the individual stones with the help of the great people at MDC. The many compliments I receive on the ring always include that it sparkles so much! I couldn't imagine a more perfect ring. Since I received my ring, I went back to MDC to get the ring resized slightly and they were so nice. I also had them reset a pair of diamond earrings which they did a wonderful job with. They even gave me more ring cleaner. We will be going back there to get our wedding bands. What is better than getting beautiful, quality diamonds from nice people at great prices!

We love MDC. Absolutely. I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring at MDC, and we got the most beautiful diamond for a fantastic price. On Monday, August 2, 2010, I visited the MDC Diamonds staff at their office in the popular NYC's diamond district. The staff, especially Rosa, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. They had a no pressure approach and advised me in choosing my asscher cut diamond earrings, which I receive complements on almost daily. Rosa took the time to show me the differences between two types of asscher cuts and provided me with the option to choose each stone to be set, which were ready the next day.
Thank you very much to all the staff at MDC Diamonds for your knowledge, prompt service and friendliness. It was a pleasure.
