I have ordered three times, and was very pleased with the value and the ability to search for exactly what you want. The purchasing process allows more customization and specification than most retail jewelers. The online searchable inventory has a wider selection and greater variety than most retail jewelers. The jewelers are very friendly, responsive and professional both over e-mail and on the phone. I would recommend them and definitely will do business again.

My overall experience was very very good. There was a slight problem with the actual order at first, but luckily I had called to verify my order. Overall their customer service was excellent and they called me a couple times reassure that my order would be taken care of. The problem was due to how my order was processed on their side which delayed the shipping by one day. The customer service I received more then compensated for any delays I had.

The ring was exactly as described, payment transaction was quick, shipping was quick, and communication was excellent.
One fault - the ring was not sized. I called and your representative found that the correct size was stated on the invoice, but NOT on what was described to me as the ":jeweler's" copy". So the ring was sent without sizing. I had it sized locally rather than take the time and hassle of returning, etc.
This wasn't my first purchase, I'm a repeat customer and probably will be again.
I will be glad to vouch for the accuracy of description, quality of jewlery and treatment of customers. I particularly like the quality of the mounts. These aren't fragile, delicate little things. These mounts would withstand a war ! After seeing a friend rip a stone mount right off the ring due to it's fragility I really appreciate your mounts.

It has been a year and a half since Sarah and I have been married and I am so satisfied that I must share this with you: In our efforts to find the perfect engagement ring, my fiancé and I searched 7 diamond stores only to be disappointed at the poor quality of diamonds and uniformity of design in the settings that lacked not only beauty but creativity as well. I also wanted the choice of ring to be a surprise but the local selection was so poor I became frustrated in my search for the perfect engagement ring.
Remember when I said that I prayed to the Lord for help and that’s when He led me right to your online store? Well, having an idea of what my fiancé liked I was able to search your web pages and find the perfect match! And having the rare privilege of meeting you and seeing the diamonds in person I can attest to your eye for quality as well as your personal honesty and integrity.
In fact, I have already started telling all of my friends about your excellent quality and prices that cannot be found anywhere else. But something I really appreciated was your courteous and patient staff that assisted me greatly the whole time.
No one can believe the incredible value for the price that is available at your store. Even a coworker of mine that is a former jewelry saleswoman was shocked to hear of the quality of your diamonds for the price.
You have my permission to show anyone interested in doing business with you this letter and the picture of my wife and I the night I proposed! I would like everyone to know that I wrote this letter out of gratitude to you and your business and I was not asked, paid, or received a discount in any way. But to me, it was even better to find out that you import your diamonds from Russia and that the diamond miners are protected under the Kimberly Laws. Can you believe I was about to get my bride to be a synthetic diamond before I learned about the Kimberly Laws? Also, I’m so glad that you don’t do any filling or any of those new techniques that supposedly increase the clarity of the diamond. You truly have an eye for quality.

I recommend MDC for your major jewelry and diamond purchase without reservation. I ordered an emerald-cut, 1-carat diamond in a 24-stone platinum setting and was blown away by the quality of the finished ring, not to mention the savings over other "discounted" offerings. My fiance fell in love with the ring and says it looks even bigger and better in person than the photos on MDC's web page. I would not hesitate to buy another diamond ring and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking for their once-in-a-lifetime engagement ring to give MDC a chance to fulfill their dream. I found a matching wedding band at MDC Diamonds to an engagement ring I had for a while at half the price than the jewelers. Phenomenal Service and Quality at an Affordable Price
On Monday, August 2, 2010, I visited the MDC Diamonds staff at their office in the popular NYC's diamond district. The staff, especially Rosa, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. They had a no pressure approach and advised me in choosing my asscher cut diamond earrings, which I receive complements on almost daily. Rosa took the time to show me the differences between two types of asscher cuts and provided me with the option to choose each stone to be set, which were ready the next day.
Thank you very much to all the staff at MDC Diamonds for your knowledge, prompt service and friendliness. It was a pleasure.
