Aside from acknowledging safe receipt of my item, I felt I must write to tell you how thrilled I am with my purchase. It arrived today in perfect condition and beautifully packaged. It's my present to myself for a grueling 18 months, and receiving it has given me a real boost. There's nothing like quality diamonds to perk a girl up!
I'd been a little nervous about buying a luxury item I hadn't seen and I carried out quite a lot of e-Bay research, your feedback being the most impressive of them all. Satisfying your customers is one thing, but surpassing their expectations is quite another, and in this respect you are undoubtedly the best. My local jewelers has a pendant very like this one (for about three times the cost), and I have to say mine is much nicer! Your providing me with a formal appraisal is another huge bonus. It was a super deal and you are an absolute gentleman to work with. And I do appreciate your help with the postage method.
I have a feeling we will do business again, and I won't hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.

I recently purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend or should I say 'my now fiance'. When I asked her the question, "Will you marry me?"...... She took one look at the magnificent ring and said YES! I am not sure if it's me or because the ring was so amazing. 2 weeks on and I still can't get the smile off her face.
I cannot rave highly enough about the value and customer service I received shopping online with MDC diamonds. I had done my research and although a little skeptical about buying online the end result was worth every dollar spent.

Hi David,
I've been meaning to write you about the ring I purchased about a month ago, but have been really busy. I left on vacation the day after the ring arrived, and I was so thrilled you were able to ship it in time for me to take it with me.
I have been shopping online for many months looking for the best deal as well as a style I liked. I wanted a new ring for our tenth anniversary, I had a yellow gold ring and had always wished I had gotten white gold. I found this ring, and it's got a similar style to my original wedding set, with the center pear, and baguette side stones. My original ring was very simple, and this new ring has got the antique style that I really wanted and some extra flair, as well as a bigger center stone!
I can't tell you how amazed I was when I opened the package, the ring is so stunning! It's all I could have hoped for and more. I drove over 1300 miles on my vacation, and couldn't stop admiring the ring, I had to remind myself to watch the road! It's a great ring at a great price, and I can highly recommend you! I really love it, and I'm so glad I found it!

The diamond earrings were better than I expected. The quality for the price was unmatchable. It was a little hard to connect with them easily, and took a little time to get the earrings, however the wait was worth it.

I have always had the best service from MDC Diamonds, I would not buy from anyone else. I have purchased from this company 5 times. They have always been great and go out of there way. I live in Canada and there has never been any problems of any kind.

The overall experience was excellent, until some two weeks later I received an invoice from FedEx for £88 in respect of duty payable. This was not highlighted on the MDC website and came as a total surprise. On going back to the website there is a link at the very bottom of the website called international shipping and this is where the information is held.

I ordered a 7 diamond journey necklace for my wife's 30th birthday and she absolutely loves it. It was a very good experience shopping on MDCDiamonds.com, I was kept informed throughout the process. My name is Brittany and my fiance and I had the pleasure of working with everyone at MDC Diamonds this past year. We reside in Pittsburgh so the only way we could actually see our ring design was to travel to NYC. When we arrived we were catered to from beginning to end. We designed our ring at the showroom and then had the painstaking job of waiting for it to arrive!!! They shipped it to Pittsburgh, insured of course, and I was absolutely floored. I wasn't supposed to know it had arrived yet but I got home first!! I ripped open the box placed my custom 2 carat trillion diamond ring on my finger and nearly fainted. Not to mention how much trouble I would get in if my fiance found out I opened the box!!! The quality of the ring was second to none and our price was incredibly fair. I am actually traveling to NYC again this week to design our wedding bands. I have never vouched for any company in my lifetime, however the staff at MDC Diamonds deserves the utmost respect and I commend their business etiquette. Phenomenal Service and Quality at an Affordable Price
On Monday, August 2, 2010, I visited the MDC Diamonds staff at their office in the popular NYC's diamond district. The staff, especially Rosa, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. They had a no pressure approach and advised me in choosing my asscher cut diamond earrings, which I receive complements on almost daily. Rosa took the time to show me the differences between two types of asscher cuts and provided me with the option to choose each stone to be set, which were ready the next day.
Thank you very much to all the staff at MDC Diamonds for your knowledge, prompt service and friendliness. It was a pleasure.
