A year and half ago one of my 4 brothers asked for help finding a diamond engagement ring for his girlfriend. I told him we should look on line as he is out of town and it would be much easier. I came across MDC Diamonds on line and found the selection and prices to be excellent. After sending several options within his price range I told him to take all of the details (cut, clarity, color and carat) to a local establishment to see if he could get that kind of diamond at that price. As I suspected he could not. We were a little reluctant to make such a large purchase on line but went ahead and did so. The diamond arrived and he took it for an appraisal based on the paperwork it came with. He was told it was exactly what it said and that he got a great deal. The people at MDC were so great to work with. They answered all the questions we had so quickly. The diamond ring was sized and shipped within 2 days. When he finally proposed she was delighted with the purchase. They married last July and just found out they are expecting their first child this summer. Because our experience with MDC Diamonds was so positive I suggested to my other brother who lives in Colorado that when he was ready to pop the question not to go anywhere else. He called in October and enlisted my assistance in helping him find the perfect ring. I immediately went to David's website and began my search. He was planning a trip to my house that month and I wanted to have some options available for him. I found several and saved them all on my "Watched Items" on Ebay. There was one in particular that reminded me of his girlfriend. It was a vintage style band with a beautiful center stone and side diamonds. The ring arrived and we had to wait a month before he proposed. When he did it was a total shock but she loved her ring. John actually told her he couldn't take all the credit that his sisters picked it out. She said it was a great choice. She loves it. My sister and I will not actually get to see it until the wedding this June since they live so far away but we are anxiously awaiting that time.
